Most questions can be answered through "Megan," our self-service kiosk attendant, located in the service center at the entrance to Big Mini Storage, Inc.
How do I rent a space? You may reserve online or on-site through "Megan", our self-service kiosk attendant. You must visit Megan on-site to complete your rental. Any discounts or special offers will be applied to your account on-site when the reservation is completed.
What kinds of payment to you accept? We accept cash, checks, credit, and debit cards. A drivers license is required to rent a unit on-site through "Megan", our self-service kiosk attendant.
What hours may I access the facility? We are open from 6 am – 10 pm. You will be provided with an individual code, which will be required to enter and exit the facility.
Do you have locks available? Yes, locks may be purchased on-site through "Megan", our self-service kiosk attendant, or you may use your own lock.
Will my items be protected from the outside environment? Our new, state-of-the-art storage buildings are constructed of heavy duty steel and are engineered to provide a dry, safe setting for your belongings. All storage units are accessible at ground level for your convenience. Our facility is professionally maintained for rodent and pest control.
How do I know my items will be secure? Our fully-fenced facility includes individually coded gate access for entry and exit, 24-hour video surveillance and monitoring, and internal and external lighting to provide a safe and pleasant experience for our customers. To complement our security measures, local law enforcement has unlimited access to our facility.
Is renters insurance needed? As an added security measure, we recommend our customers carry insurance to cover any gap in their homeowners' coverage as we are not responsible for stored contents. Convenient, low-cost tenant insurance is offered through Storage Business Owners Alliance
Can I rent a space on a short-term basis? Yes, we offer competitively-priced month-to month-rental agreements to offer you flexibility as your storage needs change.
Do you offer discounts for longer-term rental? Yes, when you create your account you will be offered an opportunity for long term rental discounts that include a one year price guarantee.
Do you charge a security deposit? Yes, a refundable security deposit, equal to one month's rent, is required.
What size units do you offer? Units are available in the following sizes: 5x10, 10x10, 10x15, 10x20, and 10x30

Can I set up an auto-pay plan? Yes, you can easily set up automatic payments though our secure and convenient on-line system by signing into my account, or on-site through "Megan", our self-service kiosk attendant.
I don't live in Bloomfield. Does it make sense for me to use your facility? Absolutely! We offer such competitive rates in a state-of-the-art facility, that unless you plan to access your unit on a frequent basis, it is well worth the drive.
